You can be fined up to £20,000 for each illegal worker or face criminal prosecution. The new immigration bill introduced in 2013 has  increased the fine to £20,000 for each employee who does not have the right to work in the UK or Directors could face up to 2 years in prison.  We are able to check and confirm that an individual has the Right to Work in the United Kingdom through validating documents which have been supplied to us.
